Soft Washing

In times gone by, cleaning with pressure was the solution. However, as times change, so do methods of cleaning. We are forever researching the optimal and newest ways to achieve the best clean, with the least potential for property damage.

Soft washing is a method of cleaning by spraying a solution of algaecide and soaps, that work together, on the surface of the property and allowing for the breakdown of contaminants. The dirt, grime, and dead mold spores are then washed away leaving a sparkling clean, that will remind you of the day your property was new. This method uses very low pressure to achieve the sparkle you've been missing! 

Paver Stone Cleaning

New Paver stones are beautiful. They add a wonderful touch of class to your driveway, patio, sidewalk, or pool deck. The issue with paver stones is that they are individual stones with sand acting as a grout. If too much focused pressure is used during cleaning, the sand may become dislodged and result in gaps between the stones which will either allow grass and weeds to begin to grow or cause washout of the leveling sand that was used under the stones, which will create sunken areas in your paver surface. At BigDaddy's we use a method of soft washing that uses an algaecide and surfactant to kill the mold spores and allow for the release of dirt while minimizing the sand loss.

Irrigation Stain Removal

Here in Florida there are a number of contaminants in the reclaimed water and irrigation systems that cause an orangy-brown coloration to concrete surfaces, fences and the lower sides of your house. While pressure and bleach won't get that coloring to fade and bring back the natural color, rest assured that we have to solution to the problem. Artillery Fungus Removal

Artillery Fungus is a small black hardshell-mold that is prevalent in bark mulch bedding. When the fungus opens, the individual mold spores can shoot up to 6ft vertically and up to 18ft in area coverage, landing and bonding to surfaces like superglue. There is no product made to help kill or remove it aside from good 'ole hard work. At BigDaddy's we have invested in the right equipment to assist in the removal of this ugly eyesore from concrete surfaces that surround the mulch beds on your property.
