During the pre-inspection walk-around of your property, we will photograph, assess, and discuss any visible issues, and advise you on how we will protect your investment. We will also explain what the realistic outcomes are.

All exposed exterior power junctions and outlets will be covered during the cleaning process. After the property has been cleaned we will spend the time with you to walk around and discuss the outcome to ensure your complete customer satisfaction.
